People often ask how Furry Friends works.
Furry Friends is a business, but not one that’s run to make a profit. Everything we earn is reinvested back into our animals—their feed, housing, enrichment, veterinary care and overall welfare. It also enables us to maintain our licensing, insurance and all the other costs involved in providing a safe, professional service.
To ensure the welfare of our animals always comes first, we generally only carry out visits one day a week and are often booked well in advance. This allows us to give every animal the time, care and rest they deserve.
Running Furry Friends this way means we can provide the highest standards of care while continuing to bring the joy and therapeutic benefits our animals offer to people in the community.
Thank you to everyone who books a visit, supports us and follows our journey. If you enjoy our posts, please like, share and follow our page—it really does help us reach more people and continue doing what we love.
