Today, Furry Friends Animal Therapy had the pleasure of attending a fantastic North Lincolnshire Family Fun Day at Baysgarth School, and what a lovely day it was!
We had the opportunity to meet so many children, families and members of the local community throughout the day. There was plenty of excitement as everyone came over to meet our animals, learn a little more about them and, of course, enjoy lots of gentle strokes and cuddles. 🥰🐾
One of our favourite things about attending community events is watching the reactions when people first spot the animals. From excited little faces to adults who simply have to come over for a cuddle too, our Furry Friends have a wonderful way of bringing people together. ❤️
The animals certainly weren’t complaining either! They thoroughly enjoyed all the attention and took everything happening around them in their stride.
Days like this are about so much more than simply meeting animals. They give families the opportunity to experience something a little different, ask questions, build confidence around animals and create some lovely memories together.
A huge thank you to the organisers for inviting us along and for making the Furry Friends team — both human and animal! — feel so welcome.
We had a brilliant time and hope everyone who came along enjoyed the day just as much as we did. ❤️🐾
